Dear Partners and Investors of UFG!

As of dividend for the second half of 2022:

The profit from the sale of the Rusich balm will be used to purchase raw materials for the production of the balm for the next year, as well as to purchase bottles, packaging and other components for production.

In addition, part of the funds will be used to launch the production of a new product, which we wrote about earlier.

We believe that this is a targeted spending of funds, since otherwise we would have to use funds from the direction of Alginar.

The decision has already been discussed by the UFG Board of Investors and was supported by all Board members unanimously.
